摘要
为了探究使用双向曲轴位置传感器对发动机性能影响的根本原因,借助电力测功机、涡轮增压汽油机、燃烧分析仪、数据采集系统等组成的测试平台对一种应用于起停系统的双向曲轴位置传感器的性能进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:这种双向曲轴位置传感器的性能满足设计要求,重复精度高。双向传感器本身的感应元件布置和滤波电路设计,会造成传感器输出信号的延迟,造成实际点火角变小,最终对发动机性能造成影响。
In order to find the influence of bi - directional crank sensor to engine performance, the performance of bi - directional crank sensor is researched on the test bench mainly comprising of electric dynamometer, turbocharged gasoline engine, combustion indicator and INCA. The results indicate that the performance of bi - directional crank sensor can meet the requirement, and its repeatability accuracy is high. The sensing element layout status and filter circuit may cause the output signal delay, then cause the actual spark timing smaller, and finally the engine performance is influenced.
