摘要
资源型城市因产业结构单一、经济系统脆弱,资源过度开采后会面临难以持续发展的局面。为了解决该问题,大多数资源型城市进行经济改革和社会转型,走上了区域创新发展道路。基于此,创新性提出资源型城市科技创新平台点极发展模式,界定了资源型城市科技创新平台点极发展模式的内涵,构建了资源型城市科技创新平台点极发展模式评价体系,并采用正态云模型,以大庆市科技创新平台发展为例进行了实证评价。
Because of the industrial structure being single and the economic system being weak,resource-type city is often to difficultly continue to develop due to the depletion of resources.In order to solve this problem,economic reform and social transformation have been carried out in most resource-type cities;the cities have embarked on the road of regional innovation and development.Based on this,the point-to-pole development mode is put forward of science and technology innovation platform of resource-type city,and its connotation is defined,while the relevant evaluation system is constructed and the connotation of evaluation index is clarified.The normal cloud model is used to evaluate the comprehensive development of the science and technology innovation platform in Daqing city..
