User Values of Ful-text Databases of Chinese Academic Journals

中文学术期刊全文数据库是国内学者获取科研信息的重要工具。本文在实证分析的基础上,对中文学术期刊全文数据库的用户价值展开研究。通过"手段—目的链"方法和阶梯访谈法,本文构建了中文学术期刊全文数据库用户价值的层级结构。以此为基础,本文分别对中文学术期刊全文数据库"属性层""结果层"和"价值层"的核心元素进行了识别;分析了其用户价值产生路径的复杂性;将部分属性层元素用户价值缺失的原因归纳为:无法创造预期价值、其他替代产品的存在以及推广不力。本文的研究结论可作为中文学术期刊全文数据库提升产品和服务核心价值的依据,并可以此为基础进行用户细分,为用户提供个性化服务,进一步提升中文学术期刊全文数据库的用户价值。

The full-text database of Chinese academic journals is an important tool for domestic scholars to obtain scientific research information. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper studies the user value of full-text database of Chinese ac- ademic journals. Through the ＂Means - end Chains＂ method and the ladder interview method, this paper constructs the hier- archical structure of the user value of the full text database of Chinese academic journals. On this basis, this paper identifies the core elements of the ＂attribute layer＂, ＂the result layer＂ and the ＂value layer＂ respectively; and analyzes the complexity of the path of the user＇s value generation., at the same time, summarizes the reason of the lack of user value of some attribute layer elements： the expected value can not be created, the existence of other alternative products and the promotion of inef- fectiveness are the main reasons. The conclusion of this paper can be used as the basis for enhancing the core value of prod- ucts and services in the full text of Chinese academic journals, and can be used to provide users with personalized service to further enhance the user value of Chinese academic journals.
