摘要
采用扫描电镜和力学性能测试技术,对比研究了嵌段型中性聚合物键合剂QD–06和中性聚合物键合剂(NPBA)对黑索今(RDX)粒子的包覆性能以及在硝酸酯增塑聚醚(NEPE)推进剂中的键合效果。结果表明,QD–06包覆RDX的表面更加圆滑,颗粒间团聚现象明显,其包覆能力优于NPBA;QD–06能显著提高固体推进剂的常温和高温力学性能,大幅改善推进剂脱湿现象,其键合效果优于NPBA。
Using the scanning electron microscope and the mechanical performance testing technique, the coating performance of the block neutral polymeric bonding agent QD-06 and the neutral polymeric bonding agent (NPBA) to hexogen (RDX) particle and their bonding effect in NEPE (nitrate ester plasticized polyether) propellant were comparatively investigated. The results show that the surface of RDX coated with QD-06 is smoother, the agglomeration phenomenon between the particles is obvious, and its coating ability is superior to NPBA. The QD-06 can improve significantly mechanical performance of solid propellant at ambient temperature and high temperature, and it can also substantially improve the 'de-wetting' phenomenon of propellant, its bonding effect is superior to NPBA.
