Objective:To objective the clinical efficacy of micro-needle intervention plus manual restitution for treating cervical spondylosis vertebral arteriopathy. Methods : 90 cases of cervical were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were treated with micro-needle intervention plus manual restitution. Control group were simply treated with micro-needle intervention. Results : The cervical spondylosis vertebral arteriopathy symptoms and function evaluation score of two groups showed: there was a significant difference ( P〈0.05 ). There was a significant difference in the maximum systolic velocity of vertebrobasilar artery between the two groups ; The effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%. The effective rate of control group was 86.67%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion : Clinical efficacy of micro-needle plus manual restitution for treating cervical spondylosis vertebral arteriopathy is remarkable.
