电针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Electroacupuncture Treatment on Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy

目的:总结近五年来电针及电针为主的综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的状况。方法:对电针及电针为主的综合疗法治疗本病的文献进行总结归纳。结果:单纯电针,以及电针结合穴位注射、牵引、推拿、中药、刮痧等综合疗法均能有效治疗神经根型颈椎病。结论:电针以及电针为主的综合疗法能明显缓解神经根型颈椎病的根性症状,临床上值得推广。

Objective ： To summarize electroacupuncture （EA） and EA-based comprehensive therapy treatment on Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy （CSR） at home and abroad in recent five years. Methods： The literatures of EA, combined EA and other treatments for CSR are classified and analyzed. Results ： EA, EA combined with acupoint injection, traction, massage, traditional Chinese medicine, scraping and other comprehensive therapy can treat CSR effectively. Conclusion ： EA and EA-based comprehensive therapy can significantly relieve the radieular symptoms of CSR, clinically worthy of promotion.
