腹针配合神阙灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Shenque Moxibustion on Patients with Lumbar Intervertbral Disc Herniation

目的:观察腹针配合神阙灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法,将64例符合纳入标准的患者分配为两组,其中治疗组共有32例患者,采用腹针结合艾灸神阙穴治疗;对照组总共32例患者,采用一般针灸治疗。共治疗2个疗程,对比治疗后治疗组和对照组的临床疗效,并观察治疗前后腰痛程度评分变化。结果:其中治疗组的总有效率为96.9%,对照组的总有效率为84.3%,两组疗效对比具有差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组和对照组腰痛VAS评分比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹针配合神阙灸治疗腰推间盘突出症临床疗效显著。

Objective ： To obverse the clinical effect of treating lumbar intervertbral disc herniation in abdominal acupuncture combined with the moxibustion on Shenque. Methods： 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were 32 cases, treated with abdominal acupuncture and Shenque moxibustion. While the control group were 32 cases, treated with traditional acupuncture. They were all treated with 2 courses. The treatment group and the control group in clinical efficacy were compared, at the same time, the change of the VAS before and after treatment was observed. Results ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.9%, that of the control group was 84.3%, the effect of two groups had significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Abdomen acupuncture and moxibustion on Shenque have good effect on treating lumbar intervertbral disc herniation.
