复方苦参注射液联合奥施康定治疗老年骨转移癌痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Matrine Injection Combined with Oxycontin Treatment of Elderly Patients with Metastatic Bone Cancer Pain

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合奥施康定治疗老年骨转移癌痛的有效性、安全性及其对生活质量的影响,为临床合理用药和中药注射剂研究提供依据。方法:采用随机单盲对照试验设计,采用数字随机法将92例老年骨转移癌痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予复方苦参注射液联合奥施康定组和奥施康定单药组。结果:两组均可很好地缓解癌痛,观察组与对照组疼痛缓解率相当,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),分别为89.1%和82.6%。观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着用药时间的延长,不良反应发生率也逐渐减少。两组治疗后的生活质量均较前明显改善,但观察组较对照组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合奥施康定治疗老年骨转移癌痛安全、有效,并可减少奥施康定的不良反应,改善患者的生活质量,具有重要临床研究意义,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Compound Matrine Injection combined with Oxycontin treatment of elderly patients with metastatic bone cancer pain, safety and impact on quality of life, provide the basis for clinical rational use of drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injection study.Methods ： Using single blind randomized controlled trial design, using the random number method in 92 cases of elderly patients with bone metastatic cancer pain were randomly divided as the observation group and the control group were treated with Compound Matrine Injection combined with Oxycontin group and Oxycontin single drug group. Results ： Two groups can be very good to ease the pain, the observation group and the control group pain relief rate, the difference was not statistically significant （P〈0.05）, 89.1% and 82.6%. The adverse reaction rate in observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, and with the prolongation of time, the incidence of adverse reactions was also gradually reduced. The quality of life of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved, but the observation group improved more significantly than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound Matrine Injection combined with Oxycontin treatment of elderly patients with metastatic bone cancer pain is safe, effective, and can reduce adverse reactionsof Oxycontin, improve the quality of life of patients, has important clinical significance, is worthy of further popularization and application.
