Clinical Research Conditions of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis

目的:介绍近年来针灸治疗面瘫研究概况。方法:从面瘫分期、选穴等方面对近年来针灸治疗面瘫的临床研究文献做一综述。结论:治疗该病方法众多,但多种方法联合运用优于单一方法治疗,值得指出的是该病分期及激素运用缺少大样本临床研究,强有力的循证医学证据仍然值得期待。

Objective ： Introduce clinical research conditions of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for facial paralysis in recent years. Methods ： We have summarized multiple methods including the stage of facial paralysis, how to choose the points and so on. Based on the case, we try to Introduce clinical reports about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for facial paralysis in recent years. Conclusion ： There are many ways of treating this disease. However, combining one method with another is better than the sole way. We still need to pay attention to the stage of facial paralysis and the use of hormone which are short of study on large samples. So the forceful evidence-based medicine is worth pursuing.
