脑小血管病与眼底病变相关性研究进展

颅内小血管主要包括小动静脉以及微血管,小血管引起的病变大部分是指小动脉以及微动脉的疾病。眼底血管是脑部小血管的门户,有研究表明眼底与脑部小血管病变存在一定的相关性,并且在脑小血管病患者中,眼底血管病变发生率较正常人群升高。不难看出,眼底病变对脑小血管病变存在着较强的提示意义。该文通过病理、生理、定量定性分析、中医证候等论述相关性。
