心痛泰颗粒对动脉粥样硬化小鼠血脂及PDGF-B作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨心痛泰颗粒对动脉粥样硬化小鼠血脂及PDGF-B作用的研究。方法:将ApoE-/-小鼠随机分成4组,予以高脂饲料喂养;野生型小鼠作为空白对照组,予以普通饲料喂养。将成模ApoE-/-小鼠随机分为模型组、心痛泰低、高剂量组和他汀组。分别予以生理盐水、心痛泰低、高剂量及阿托伐他汀钙片连续灌胃8周后,运用酶法检测TC、TG,比色法检测LDL-C、HDL-C,免疫组化法观察PDGF-B。结果:与空白组比较,模型组和心痛泰各组均能显著降低TC、TG、LDL-C(P<0.05),升高HDL-C(P<0.05),下调PDGF-B的阳性表达,且心痛泰高剂量组、他汀组优于低剂量组(P<0.05),但心痛泰颗粒高剂量组与他汀组组间无差异(P>0.05)。结论:心痛泰可调节血脂,调控PDGF-B的阳性表达,干预动脉内斑块形成,从而发挥防治AS的作用。 Objective : To investigate the effect of Xintai Tai Granule on blood lipid and PDGF-B in atherosclerotic mice. Methods : ApoE -/- mice were randomly divided into four groups,fed with high-fat diet. Wild type mice were fed as blank control group and fed with normal diet. ApoE-/- mice were randomI.y divided into model group,heartache and low-dose group and statin group. LDL C and HDL-C were detected by enzymatic detection of TC,TG and colorimetric assay. The expression of LDL-C and HDL-C were detected by immunohistochemistry. PDGF-B. Results:Compared with the blank group, TC, TG and LDL-C (P d0.05), HDL-C (P 〈~0.05) and PDGF-B were significantly decreased in model group and heartache group (P 〈0. 05), but there was no significant difference between the high dose group and the statin group (P 〉 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Diarrhea can regulate blood lipids, regulate the positive expression of PDGF-B, intervene in the formation of intra-arterial plaque,and thus play a role in the prevention and treatment of AS.
