摘要
目的 :研究山精胶囊对心肌缺血大鼠血液流变学、血流动力学、心肌组织病理形态学(HE染色及心肌梗死面积)的影响,观察山精胶囊对心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法 :建立大鼠慢性心肌缺血模型,检测大鼠的血液流变学和血流动力学,对心肌组织进行HE染色,测量心肌梗死面积,观察心肌组织病理形态学变化。结果 :山精胶囊能够降低全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原,升高红细胞变形指数;升高心率(HR)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、左室最大下降速率(-dP/dtmax),降低左室舒张压(LVDP)、终末舒张压(LVDEp);明显改善心肌组织病理学改变,使心肌梗死面积明显减少。结论 :山精胶囊改善了心肌缺血损伤所致血液黏浓凝聚状态,改善了心脏功能及病理性损伤,缩小了心肌梗死面积,对慢性心肌缺血大鼠具有保护作用。
Objective :To observe the effects of Shanjing Capsule on hemorheology,hemodynamics,pathological changes of myocardial tissue(HE staining and myocardial infarct size)in rats with myocardial ischemia,and observe the protective effect of Shanjing Capsule on myocardial ischemia rats. Methods :The rat models of chronic myocardial ischemia were established,the hemorheology and hemodynamics were measured,the myocardial tissue was stained with HE,the area of myocardial infarction was measured,and the pathological changes of myocardium were observed. Results :Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,ESR,erythrocyte aggregation index,fibrinogen,left ventricular diastolic blood pressure(LVDP)and terminal diastolic blood pressure(LVDEp)were decreased by Shanjing Capsule;Erythrocyte deformation index,Left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),left ventricular maximum rate of rise(+ dp/dtmax),left ventricular maximum rate of descent(-dP/dtmax)and heart rate(HR)were increased by Shanjing Capsule. Myocardial histopathological changes were significantly improved by Shanjing Capsule,the myocardial infarction area was significantly reduced. Conclusion :The blood coagulation state,cardiac function and pathological damage were improved by Shanjing Capsule and myocardial infarct size was reduced,which suggests that Shanjing Capsule has protective effect on chronic myocardial ischemia rats.
