清肝利湿方“五田保肝液”长期毒性试验研究

Experimental Study on Long Term Toxicity of Qinggan Lishi Deccotion “Wutian Baogan Liquid”

目的 :明确清肝利湿方"五田保肝液"长期用药安全剂量范围,为临床用药提供试验依据。方法 :依据中药、天然药物长期毒性试验研究技术指导原则,设计试验,观察大鼠长期毒性试验反应。结果 :给药组与对照组比较,动物一般状况、血液学常规指标、血清生化指标等无统计学差异,主要脏器解剖及病理学检查未见明显异常。结论:中药复方"五田保肝液"毒性低,临床可长期用药。

Objective ：To make clear safety long term safe dose range Qinggan Lishi Deccotion＂Wutian Baogan Liquid＂,to provide the experimental basis for the clinical medication safety. Methods ：Based on the principles of long-term toxicity test of traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine,the experiment was designed to observe the long-term toxicity test of rats. Results ：Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in general condition,blood routine indexes and serum biochemical indexes between the groups. Conclusions ：Traditional Chinese medicine＂Wutian Baogan Liquid＂has low toxicity,can be used in clinical for long term.
