摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,养生保健、预防疾病受到越来越多人的重视。本研究注重养生,以脾胃为本,从调养脾胃的角度,实现保养身体、增进健康、延年益寿的目的,提出了饮食有节,固护脾胃;锻炼身体,健脾和胃;少思寡欲,调养心脾;顺应四时,起居有常的护脾养生方法。
With the improvement of living standards,more and more people pay attention to prevention of disease. This study focus on keeping in good health,based on spleen and stomach,from the perspective of aftercare spleen and stomach,realize the maintenance of the body,improve health,prolong life,put forward the eating well,exercise,control of modern,the daily life have often protect spleen health preservation methods.
