Exploration and Research of YE Tianshi's Characteristic Experience on Treating Nasal Disease

通过查阅古今文献,总结、整理并分析叶天士诊鼻病的经验特色。叶天士认为对鼻病的诊治必须依病因内外之别、官窍脏腑寒热虚实之异辨证而治,在具体治疗过程中处方严谨,针药互用,选药精当,具有自己独有的特色与专长。若临床能认真学习、研究叶氏诊治鼻病之经验,将之用于临床,必将对提升中医临床诊治鼻病水平起到明显的推进作用。

By reviewing the ancient and modern documents,I concluded,arranged and analyzed YE Tianshi＇s characteristic experience on treating nose diseases. YE Tianshi thought that the diagnosis and treatment of nasal disease must depend on the different inside and outside causes,obsessed with the officer of viscera which was not the actual situation of different differentiation and rule. In the process of specific treatment,he could always give the rigorous prescription,choose the needle and medicine treatment for patients interoperably,and choose medicine accurately with its own characteristics and expertise. If clinical doctors can seriously study and research YE＇s treatment experience of nasal disease,and used for clinical purposes,they will surely enhance their level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM nasal disease.
