随着对帕金森病的深入研究,非运动症状中的神经精神障碍如焦虑、抑郁、幻觉、认知障碍、痴呆等在该病的临床前期及晚期均占据重要地位,掌握帕金森病神经精神障碍的流行病学、临床表现对帕金森病的早期诊疗至关重要。针灸治疗在改善帕金森病精神神经症状方面疗效可靠且无不良反应,存在潜在优势和广阔的应用前景。该文旨在就帕金森病神经精神障碍的病因病机、发病率及针灸治疗进行简要综述,以期对临床有所帮助。

With the in-depth study of Parkinson＇s disease,the motor symptoms of neuropsychiatric disorders such as anxiety,depression,hallucinations,cognitive impairment,dementia,et al in the disease preclinical and later period occupies an important position. Grasp the epidemiology of neuropsychiatric disorders in Parkinson＇s disease and clinical manifestation is essential for early diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. Acupuncture treatment is effective and has no side effect in improving the symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease. It has potential advantages and broad application prospects. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the etiology,pathogenesis,incidence and acupuncture treatment of Parkinson＇s disease,in order to help the clinical practice.
