中西医结合治疗银屑病疗效及安全性研究

Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗进行期寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法 :选取2015年12月—2016年12月期间收治的76例进行期寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,按随机、单盲对照方式分为两组。对照组38例,采用单纯西医治疗,实验组38例,采用中西医结合治疗。比较两组治疗前后银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI评分)、中医症候积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 :与治疗前比较,对照组和实验组PASI评分、中医症候积分在治疗后均明显下降,但实验组积分下降明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率为94.74%(36/38),明显高于对照组71.05%(27/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :采用中西医结合治疗进行期寻常型银屑病,可明显提高临床疗效,在缓解临床症状,缩小银屑病皮损面积,减少不良反应方面优势明显,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective ：To explore the efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment ofprogressive psoriasis vulgaris. Methods ：A total of 76 cases of patients with progressive psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016. A randomized single blind controlled clinical design was usedto divide 76 cases of progressive psoriasis vulgaris into control group of 38 cases and a experimental group of 38 cases. Control group was given a simple Western medicine treatment,while the experimental group was givencombination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. The psoriasis area and severity index（PASI score）,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results ：The PASI score and TCM syndrome score of the control group and the experimental group were significantly decreased after treatment,and the decrease of the experimental group was significantly larger than that of the control group（P0.05）. The total effective rate was 94.74%（36/38）in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（71.05%,27/38）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion ：The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of progressive psoriasis vulgariscan significantly improve clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the area of psoriasis,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to promote the recovery of patients. Its obvious advantage is worthy of further clinical promotion.
