基于中医传承辅助系统治疗糖尿病肾病组方规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions and Drug Laws for Diabetic Nephropathy by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform System

目的 :基于中医传承辅助系统,探讨中医治疗糖尿病肾病的用药规律。方法 :收集CNKI期刊全文数据库中中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的文献并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助系统软件集成的无监督数据挖掘方法探索其中用药规律。结果 :筛选得到中医治疗糖尿病肾病方剂227首,中药266味,核心药物有茯苓、黄芪、丹参、山药、泽泻、山茱萸等。支持度设置为45(20%)时,得到常用组合25个,熵层次聚类分析,得到3~4味药的核心组合,共计14个,新方组合7个。其中含茯苓的方剂有150首,中药218味。结论 :基于复杂系统的熵方法非常适合作为方剂组方规律分析及中药新药处方发现的筛选研究。治疗糖尿病肾病多考虑调补脾肾,兼顾疏肝清热、祛湿化瘀,调补阴阳。

Objective ：Analyse the prescription principles of formulas for diabetic nephropathy in the conferences of CNKI based on Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system（TCMISS）. Methods ：Collect the documents of DN from CNKI and input the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system used for data processing,the composing principles were analized by the system. Results ：There were 227 formulas selected and 266 kinds of Chinese herbs were involved.Some herbs were frequently used such as Fuling,Huangqi,Danshen,Shanyao. The numbers of support degree setting is 45（20%）,which got 25 herb pairs and combination. Also,fourteen core combinations which can be used in new prescriptions and 7 potential prescriptions were achieved. A total of 150 prescriptions contain Fuling were screened out,involving 218 herbs. Conclusion ：Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system can be used for the analysis about the composition principles of the prescriptions,and study of traditional Chinese medicine new drug prescription. The treatment of DN should benefit spleen and kidney,clear damp and disperse blood stasis,and regulate Yin and Yang.
