针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症后配合中医骨伤护理临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion with Fractures Combined with on Treating

目的 :观察针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症后配合中医骨伤科护理的疗效。方法 :使用随机平行对照方法,将80例腰椎间盘突出症住院患者按随机数字方法随机分为两组。对照组40例采用针刺治疗(肾俞、大肠俞、环跳、委中等穴)配合常规护理方法(心理护理、生活护理、体位护理),治疗组40例在对照组的基础上配合中医骨伤科护理(中药腾疗、康复护理)。针刺治疗每次留针30 min,隔日1次。连续治疗2周后评价治疗效果,并进行VAS评分及JOA评分。结果 :治疗组痊愈21例,显效9例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率97.5%;对照组痊愈10例,显效11例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率85%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分、JOA评分均明显改善,治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 :针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症后配合中医骨伤护理疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Objective ：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment combined with TCM nursing on treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with fractures. Methods ：Using random parallel control method,80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method. Control group 40 cases with acupuncture therapy（Shenshu,Dachangshu,Huantiao,Weizhong and other points）with routine nursing methods（psychological care,life care,body position nursing care）,treatment group 40 cases in the control group with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of orthopedics nursing（traditional Chinese medicine treatment,rehabilitation care）. Every time retaining needle acupuncture treatment 30 min,once a day. Evaluation of treatment effect after treatment for two weeks in a row,VAS score and JOA score. Results ：The treatment group 21 cases cured,9 cases had marked effect,9 cases were effective,ineffective in 1 case,total effective rate was 95.00%;control group cured 10 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,effective 13 cases,6 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 82.50%. The treatment group curative effect was better than that of control group（P0.05）. Two groups of patients after treatment VAS score,JOA score were significantly improved,the treatment group compared with control group had significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion ：The acupuncture treatment combined with TCM nursing on treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with fractures is satisfied,no side effect,is worth promoting.
