摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)参与机体多种重要的调控过程,与多种疾病相关,在心肌肥厚、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、心肌纤维化等心血管疾病中表现出明显作用。锌指蛋白反义链1(ZFAS1)是lncRNA家族中的一员,参与乳腺癌、肝癌,胃癌等多种肿瘤的发生发展过程,亦与心血管疾病密切相关。本文综述了lncRNA在心血管疾病以及lncRNA-ZFSA1的研究现状。
Long non-coding RNA（lncRNA）,associated with various diseases,has obvious effects on cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial hypertrophy,myocardial infarction,heart failure,myocardial fibrosis and so on.Zinc finger antisense 1（ZFAS1）,a member of the lncRNA family,is involved in the development and progression of breast cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer and other tumors.Recent studies found that it was closely related to cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the research progresses of lncRNA in cardiovascular disease as well as the lncRNA-ZFSA1.
