摘要
选取60名18~25岁来自平原和高原的青海大学生,在海拔高度2 260m的青海地区进行有氧健身运动3周,研究肺功能指标的变化,分析高原地区有氧健身运动对平原和高原大学生肺功能的影响机制.结果表明,高原大学生的肺活量(VC)、最佳肺活量(Best-FVC)和最大通气量(MVV)均高于平原大学生;在高原地区进行有氧健身运动后,平原、高原大学生的VC、Best-FVC和MVV均升高,且平原大学生的增加幅度高于高原大学生.停止运动后平原大学生肺功能恢复至原有水平,而高原大学生肺功能可以保持较高水平.
Taking the purpose of researching the changes of pulmonary function index and analyzing the effects of aerobic exercise in the plateau area on the pulmonary function of college students from the plain and plateau areas respectively,60 college students aged 18-25 from the plain and plateau of Qinghai are selected as research subjects to take aerobic exercise for three weeks at 2260 maltitude in Qinghai area.The results show that the Vital Capacity(VC),the Best Vital Capacity(Best-FVC)and the Maximum Ventilation(MVV)of the college students from plateau area is higher than that of the students from plain area;the VC,Best-FVC and MVV of college students from plateau area and plain area both increase after the aerobic exercise in the plateau area,but the increase in students from plain areas is higher than that of the students from plateau area;after stopping the aerobic exercise,the pulmonary function of the students from plain area returns to the original level,while the pulmonary function of the students from plateau area still remain in a high level.
