增液汤对实验动物排便及离体肠管的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究增液汤对便秘模型小鼠排便情况、肠道水分吸收及对大鼠离体肠管的影响。方法:SPF级昆明种小鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、麻仁胶囊组、增液汤高、中、低剂量组,采用复方地芬诺酯灌胃建立小鼠便秘模型,用增液汤干预,观察增液汤对便秘模型小鼠的排便及肠道水分吸收的影响。采用离体方法观察增液汤对大鼠离体肠管的影响。结果:与模型组比较,增液汤高、中剂量组可缩短小鼠首次排便时间及增加粪便粒数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,增液汤能增加便秘模型小鼠肠道水分含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);增液汤可增加大鼠离体肠管的肌张力(P<0.05),但对加入受体阻滞剂的离体肠管的运动无明显影响。结论:增液汤具有较好的润肠通便作用,可增加肠内水分含量和肌张力。 Objective: To study the effect of Zengye Decoction on defecation, intestinal water absorption for constipation model in mice and isolated intestine in rats. Methods: SPF Kunming mice were divided into the normal group, the model group; the Maren capsule group, the high, the medium and low does Zengye Decoction groups. Constipation mouse mode/ was established by Compound Diphenoxylate tablets. After the establishment of the model, given Zengye Decoction intervention, then study the effect of Zengye Decoction on defecation, intestinal water absorption for constipation model in mice. In vitro method was used to observe the effect of Zengye Decoction on intestine in rats. Results: Compared with the model group, the high and medium dose groups could shorten the first defecation time and increase the number of fecal granules, the difference was sta- tistically significant (P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, the decoction increased the intestinal water content in the constipation model mice, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Zengye Decoction can increase the muscle tension of the isolated intestine in rats (P〈0.05), but it has no obvious influence on the movement of the isolated intestinal tract with the receptor blocker. Conclusion: The Zengye decoction has a good effect of relaxing intestines and relaxing bowels, and it can increase the water content and muscle tension in the intestine.
