摘要
目的:探讨祛瘀通筋液电脉冲疗法对骨质疏松性骨折术后疼痛康复的疗效。方法:将65例骨质疏松性骨折术后疼痛的患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(33例),两组均给予口服阿法骨化醇软胶囊和迪巧钙片治疗。治疗组予祛瘀通筋液电脉冲治疗,对照组运用骨质疏松治疗仪治疗。随访6个月,观察骨折部位疼痛程度的改变及骨密度的变化。结果:治疗组脱落1例,对照组脱落3例。两组均骨折临床愈合,无不良反应。治疗组的疼痛程度改变显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:祛瘀通筋液电脉冲疗法可促进老年骨质疏松骨折术后疼痛康复,能显著缓解骨折部位的疼痛。
Objective: To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine (Quyu Tongjin Ye, 祛瘀通筋液) and electrical stimulation treatment on pain 'after osteoporotic fracture surgery. Methods: All 65 patients as the research objects were informed consent and randomly divided into two groups, whom met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria. All the patients in these two groups were treated by Alfacalcidol and Calcium tablets. Meanwhile, the treatment group was under the traditional Chinese medicine with electrical stimulation treatment, including 32 patients, but one of them gave up the treatment because of allergy. The control group, 33 patients, in which 3 patients didn't finish the whole treatment, was treated by the Pulse Magnetic Field Therapy instrument. Six months after two periods of treatment, recorded the change of the degree of pain and bone density compared with the data before the treatment. Results: All the 56 patients left in two groiJps t^acture healed, and there were no bad reactions, delayed union or malunion. These two kinds of treatment both had effects on rehabilitation after osteoporotic fracture surgery, however, the therapy of the treatment group was better than control group's in the respect of relief of pain (P〈0.05), and these two groups had no differences on increasing bone mineral density (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine working with electrical stimulation treat- ment can help the pain rehabilitation after osteoporotic fracture surgery, and even better than the Pulse Magnetic Field Therapy instrument on relieving pains.
