自拟香砂温胃汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床研究

Effect of Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction (香砂温胃汤) on Chronic Gastritis

目的:探讨自拟香砂温胃汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将160例慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组80例,对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,治疗组患者采用自拟香砂温胃汤治疗,比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率、炎性细胞因子等。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物治疗慢性胃炎的常见不良反应有恶心、呕吐、口干、腹泻、头晕、皮疹等,治疗组不良反应发生率(11.25%)低于对照组(41.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显降低,且治疗组患者治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟香砂温胃汤治疗慢性胃炎有利于减轻临床症状,抑制炎症反应,提高治疗有效率,不良反应少。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Xiangsha Yangwei decoction （香砂温胃汤, XSWWD） on chronic gastritis. Methods： 160 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group, 80 cases in each group, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group were treated with XSWWD, compared two groups of patients with the treatment efficiency, the incidence of adverse reaction and inflammatory cytokines. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Drug treatment of chronic gastritis common adverse reactions are nausea and vomiting, dry mouth, diarrhea, dizziness, skin rash, the incidence of adverse reactions in 11.25%, were significantly lower than the control group （41.25%）, the dift^rence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, after treatment, two groups of patients with IL-6, TNF-levels decreased significantly, and the ob- servation of TNF- levels group IL-6, patients were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion： XSWWD in the treatment of chronic gastritis is beneficial to reduce the clinical symptoms, inhibit the inflammatory reaction, and improve the treatment efficiency, and it has less adverse reaction and high safety.
