益气活血方配合葛根素注射液对冠心病PCI术后并发心律失常的疗效及心功能的影响

Analysis on Influence of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe (益气活血方) Combined with Puerarin Injection on Efficacy and Cardiac Function of Coronary Heart Disease Patients Complicated with Arrhythmia after PCI

目的:探究益气活血方配合葛根素注射液对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)术后并发心律失常的疗效及心功能的影响。方法:选取94例冠心病PCI术后并发心律失常患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与治疗组两组,每组各47例,对照组给予葛根素注射液治疗,治疗组给予益气活血方配合葛根素注射液治疗;比较两组治疗前后临床症状、心脏收缩功能及心脏舒张功能,评定两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的78.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组中医症状积分及HR、QTd、LVEDD、LVESD及E/Ea水平均下降,而LVEF及E/A水平均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组中医症状积分及HR、QTd、LVEDD、LVESD及E/Ea水平较对照组更低,而LVEF及E/A水平较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血方配合葛根素注射液治疗冠心病PCI术后并发心律失常,能有效改善临床症状,提高心功能,疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective： To explore the influence of Yiqi Huoxue recipe （益气活血方, YQHXR） combined with puerarin injection on efficacy and cardiac function of coronary heart disease patients complicated with arrhythmia after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods： 94 cases of coronary heart disease patients complicated with arrhythmia after PCI treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divid- ed into control group and observation group randomly, 47 cases in each group. The control group were given puerarin injection treatment, and the observation group were given Yiqi Huoxue recipe combined with puerarin injection treatment. Clinical symptoms, cardiac systolic function and diastolic function were compared, and clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups. Results： After treatment, total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%, higher than that of 78.72% of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Compared with those before treatment, symptom scores and HR, QTd, LVEDD, LVESD and E/Ea levels decreased, while LVEF and E/A levels increased, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. After treatment, TCM symptom scores, HR, QTd, LVEDD, LVESD and E/Ea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, but LVEF and E/A levels were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue recipe combined with puerarin injection in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia after PCI, it can effectively improve clinical symptoms, and improve heart function, with remarkable curative effect and good safety.
