China's International Strategic Thought and Layout for a New Era

从中国共产党十八大到十九大的这五年,以习近平为核心的新一代中国领导人,提出了一系列思想理论理念倡议,搭建了一整套组织机制架构,丰富完善了对外战略布局,以"一带一路"建设为抓手,攻克领土主权争端难题,创新元首外交等形式,形成了新时代的中国国际战略思想与布局,呈现出大国风格和大国气派,并因此产生三大历史性成就,为中国从地区性大国迈向全球性强国奠定了重要基础。但中国崛起的时空特殊性决定了一些结构性难题不可能轻易化解,一些新生的问题还在不断衍生。中国共产党十九大对新时代中国国际战略设定了更高目标任务,有待中国国际战略界不断进行理论创新和实践创新。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a new generation of Chinese leadership with Xi Jinping as its core has presented a series of thought,theory,concept and initiative.The whole set of structural organizations has enriched Chinese foreign strategy layout.The construction of Belt and Road Initiative,solution of territorial sovereignty disputes,innovation of head-of-state diplomacy have constituted China’s international strategic thought and layout for a new era.Three historical achievements have laid an important foundation for China to march forward from a regional power to a strong global state.The particular environment for China’s rise has determined that it was difficult to solve certain structural problems and some new issues would appear.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China configures higher goals and tougher tasks for China’s international strategy in a new era.Theory and practice innovation for China’s international strategy is needed.
