高校党校教育培训工作创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Party School Education Work in Universities

高校党校的教育培训工作在以往的实践与探索中，已经取得了一定的经验与成果，但在新时期，高校党校的教育培训工作在培训方式、信息化建设以及培训工作有效性方面呈现出了不同的问题。为此，高校党校应积极创新教育培训工作方法：一是创新培训方式，打造高校党校教育培训的立体化格局，二是运用大数据与“互联网＋”技术，加强高校党校教育培训的信息化建设，三是从培训的“需求侧”与“供给侧”入手，提高高校党校教育培训的有效性。

The education work of Party School in universities has gained some experience and achievements in the prac- tice and exploration in the past. However, in the new period, different problems of training mode, of information construc- tion and of training effectiveness of the education work have emerged in the education work of Party School.In view of these problems,the Party School in universities shall actively innovate educational ways： The first is to innovate training methods to strengthen the three-dimensional training pattern of the education. The second is to use the big data and ＂Internet plus＂ technology to strengthen the informatization construction of the education of Party School.The third is to from the training＇ s ＂demand side＂ and ＂supply side＂ to strengthen the effectiveness of the education and training of Party School in universities.
