半夏白术天麻汤加减内服配合中药熏蒸治疗颈性眩晕56例

目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤加减内服配合中药熏蒸治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法:56例运用半夏白术天麻汤加减内服配合中药熏蒸治疗。结果:治愈率85.7%,好转率10.7%,无效率3.6%,总有效率96.4%。结论:半夏白术天麻汤加减内服配合中药熏蒸治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Method： Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with herbal fumigation was used to treat 56 cases of cervical vertigo. Result： The curative rate was 85.7%, the improved rate 10.7%, the invalid rate 3%, and the total effective rate 96.4%.Conclusion： Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of cervical vertigo is effective.
