中西医结合治疗胃溃疡疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:84例随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组用常规西药治疗,观察组用中西医结合方法治疗。结果:总有效率观察组95.24%、对照组73.81%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.37,P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胃溃疡疗效优于单用西药治疗。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in treatment of gastric ulcer. Method ： 84 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine while the patients in the observation group were treated with combination of TCM and western medicine. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24% while that of the control group was 73.81%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ X 2：7.37, P〈O.05）. Conclusion： The clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in treatment of gastric ulcer is superior to single use of western medicine.
