体外震波碎石术联合排石汤治疗肾结石临床研究

目的:观察体外震波碎石术联合排石汤治疗肾结石的临床疗效及对炎性反应和免疫功能影响。方法:164例随机分为治疗组与对照组各82例。两组均给予体外震波碎石术治疗,治疗组加用排石汤治疗,两组均治疗1周,比较两组炎性指标、T细胞亚群指标及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-2及IL-6指标治疗组低于对照组,T细胞亚群指标CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体外震波碎石术联合排石汤治疗肾结石能够显著改善炎性反应,提高免疫功能,疗效可靠。

Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Paishi Decoction in the treatment of renal calculi and its effects on inflammatory reaction and immune function. Method： 164 patients with renal stone were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 82 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy alone and the treatment group were treated with Paishi Decoction additionally. The two groups were treated continuously for 1 week. The inflammatory indexes, T cell subsets index and clinical therapeutic effect were observed and compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.78%, significantly higher than 89.02% in the control group. Statistical analysis showed significant difference （P〈0.05） to the patients in the treatment group. The inflammatory index TNF- alpha, IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly lower than that of the control group.The level of T cell subsets CD3＋, CD4＋ index and CD4＋/CD8 ＋ of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Extraeorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Paishi Decoction in the treatment of renal calculi could significantly improve the irH＂lammatory response of patients, improve the immune function of patients, with reliable curative effect.
