应对高藻水的新型BFC磁种强磁分离净水技术研究 被引量:5

Magnetic Separation and Water Purification Technology Using Novel Magnetic Seed for Algae-rich Water

摘要 针对水体富营养化产生的藻类问题,采用新型微米级超顺磁性生物质炭(BFC)磁种的强磁分离净水技术,可以有效降低水中的藻浓度。将该技术应用于某小区高藻景观水的处理,结果表明对藻类的去除率达到95%,对COD的去除率可达45%,对TP的去除率可达40%,对SS的去除率可达30%,直接处理成本为0.134元/m^3,相比传统强磁工艺,处理成本降低33%。因此,将新型BFC磁种强磁分离技术应用于高藻水的处理可行且有效。 The purpose of this study is to use a magnetic water purification technology, the novel micron superparamagnetism magnetic seed (BFC), to remove the algae from eutrophic water. When the technology was applied to treat the algae-rich landscape water in a district, the removal efficiency of al- gae, COD, TP, and SS was 95%, 45%, 40%, and 30%, respectively. Furthermore, the processing cost of this technology was 0. 134 yuan/m3, decreased by 33% in comparison with the traditional magnet- ic separation technology. Therefore, the application of the magnetic separation water purification technol- ogy in the algae-rich water treatment is feasible and effective.
