摘要
2-乙基蒽醌是重要的催化剂和中间体,2-乙基蒽醌废水生化性极差,属于典型的高含盐难降解有机废水。为此提出了一种2-乙基蒽醌高盐有机废水资源化处理工艺,主要包括:利用氧化镁代替烧碱中和废酸、利用高温氧化系统分解COD、产生热值并降低能耗、生产无水硫酸镁、SO_2尾气吸收所得亚硫酸钠用于生产。该工艺高效、零排放、操作简单,经资源化技术处理后的2-乙基蒽醌废水可生产硫酸镁产品,使处置成本得到大幅降低。
2-ethylanthraquinone is an important catalyst and intermediate. 2-ethylanthraquinone organic wastewater with high salinity has poor biochemical properties, which is a typical high salinity or- ganic wastewater. This paper proposed a 2-ethylanthraquinone salty organic wastewater recycling treat- ment process, mainly including: using magnesium oxide instead of caustic soda to neutralize the waste acid, utilizing a high temperature oxidation system to decompose COD, and producing anhydrous magne- sium sulfate simultaneously. The sodium sulfite absorbed from the SO2 tail gas was used in the produc- tion. The 2-ethylanthraquinone wastewater treatment products could be used in the production of magnesi- um sulfate products.
