中老铁路国际联运物流发展对策研究

Solution for the Development of International Freight Transport on China-Laos Railway

中老铁路贯通运营后,对加强世界各国之间的国际贸易互通性、提高国际铁路通道的运输效率和运输能力、促进泛亚铁路与"一带一路"倡议发展具有重要意义。在分析中老铁路国际联运物流发展现状的基础上,针对中老铁路国际联运物流发展面临的问题,从建立完善运营协调机制、引入第四方物流模式、优先发展铁路集装箱多式联运、设计国际联运产品体系、塑造国际联运品牌、构建"互联网+多式联运"物流电商平台等方面提出对策,为中老铁路国际联运物流发展提供借鉴。

The China-Laos Railway is of great significance to strengthen the international trade among different countries, improve the transportation efficiency and capacity of the international railway corridor, and promote the development of the Pan-Asian Railway and the Belt and Road initiative. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and challenges for the development of international railway logistics, this paper puts forward a solution for its development from the aspects, such as establishing and improving the operation coordination mechanism, introducing the fourthparty logistics mode, giving priority to the development of railway container multi-modal transport, designing international transport service system, shaping the international transport brand, building the ＂Internet plus multimodal transport＂ logistics business platform, etc. This could serve as a reference for the development of international freight transport on the China-Laos Railway.
