摘要
Notch信号通路在进化上高度保守,广泛存在于机体的多种细胞中,通过与邻近细胞间的相互作用,在生理和病理状态下实现对细胞发展的各个阶段,包括:细胞增殖、分化、激活、凋亡的调控。在免疫系统中,Notch信号可通过对CD4^+T细胞分化和功能的调节而实现对机体免疫功能的调控,在维持机体的免疫平衡及多种疾病的发展进程中均发挥重要的作用。本文就近年来Notch信号通路对CD4^+T细胞分化及功能调控的研究进展作一简要的综述。
Notch signaling is a highly conserved pathway among different cells.By the interaction withadjacent cells,Notch signaling pathway plays a central regulatory effects of influencing successive stages of celldevelopment,including cell proliferation,differentiation,activation,apoptosis in physiological and pathologicalconditions.In immune system,Notch signal regulates the immune function of body by regulating the differentiationand function of CD4^+T cell and plays vital roles in tuning immune balance and the development of many diseases.Inthis review,we reviewed briefly the progress of Notch signaling pathway in the differentiation and function of CD4^+Tlymphocytes in recent years.
