1934—1939年,王重民先生在法国国家图书馆工作,主要负责法国国家图书馆藏汉籍中的伯希和专藏的中文目录编纂工作。吉美博物馆藏王重民先生写给伯希和先生的信札四封,通过这四封信,可以考见王重民在法国国家图书馆的工作概貌。

1934--1939, Mr. Wang Zhongmin worked in the French National Library. His most impor- tant task was to catalogue the collection of Pelliot. There are four letters collected in Musee Guimet which was from Mr Wang to Pelliot. We can outline a whole picture of Wang Zhongmin＇s work in the French Na- tional Library.
