摘要
环境的变迁要求组织必须实时的进行战略变革,在动态竞争中实现组织效能的提升。这也是动态竞争理论的核心。基于这一理论,文章将组织变革作为贯穿研究的主线,研究高管机会警觉性、组织变革与企业绩效的关系,并引入竞争张力,分析其调节的中介效应。基于208份有效问卷的实证研究表明:机会警觉性对企业绩效有正向影响,变革规模和变革领导风格分别能够提升企业绩效,通过变革领导风格,高管机会警觉性的价值能够转化为企业绩效。在竞争张力较高的情况下,变革规模和变革领导风格对企业绩效的正向作用会得到加强,而且,高管机会警觉性通过变革领导风格对企业绩效的非直接性影响也会受到竞争张力的正向调节。
The environmental change requires organizations to change tactics in time,and promote organizational effectiveness in dynamic competition. This is also the core of competitive dynamics dynamic theory put forw ard by Professor Chen M ing-Jer. Based on this theory,this paper takes organizational change as the main thread of the study and studies the relationship among opportunity alertness of top managers,organizational change and performance,and introduces competitive tension to analyze its moderated mediation effect. Empirical research based on 208 valid questionnaires show s that opportunity alertness has positive effect on performance,change the scale and leadership style can improve the performance respectively,the value of opportunity alertness can be transformed into performance by changing leadership style. The research show s that w hen facing high competitive tension,positive effect of changing scale and leadership style on performance w ill be strengthened,and by changing leadership style competitive tension moderators the indirect influence that opportunity alertness of top managers bring to performance.
