ZHOU Yuhong's Experience in Treating Chronic Aplastic Anemia in Combination of Syndrome Differentiation and Constitution Differentiation

介绍周郁鸿辨证辨体质相结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血经验。临床辨证紧抓肾虚为本,痰瘀为变的主要病机,再根据患者的年龄、形体特征、心理特征、饮食偏嗜、发病倾向、以及对环境的适应等因素,将患者体质分为气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质。临证针对不同体质类型,总结出纠正相应体质偏差的基本方药,并将辨证辨体质结合应用于慢性再生障碍性贫血的预防,以期"既病防变"。

This article introduces ZHOU Yuhong＇s experience in treating chronic aplastic anemia（ AA） by combining syndrome differentiation and constitution differentiation. The main pathogenesis is kidney deficiency along with phlegm and blood stasis. Then according to the age,physical characteristics,psychological characteristics,dietary preference,disease tendency,the adaptation to the environment and other factors,the patients could be divided into Qi deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,phlegm dampness constitution and blood stasis constitution. For different types of constitutions,ZHOU summarizes different basic prescriptions to correct the corresponding constitution deviations,and prevents chronic AA by the combination of syndrome differentiation and constitution differentiation,to expect ＂ preventing disease from exacerbating＂.
