补肾培元毓麟汤治疗子宫内膜损伤继发不孕症患者48例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bushen Peiyuan Yulin Decoction(补肾培元毓麟汤) in Treating 48 Patients with Secondary Infertility Due to Endometrial Injury

目的观察自拟补肾培元毓麟汤治疗子宫内膜损伤继发性不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法将97例子宫内膜损伤的继发性不孕症患者按其自身意愿分为中药组51例和对照组46例,中药组于月经第5天开始给予自拟补肾培元毓麟汤,经期停药;对照组于月经第5天开始口服戊酸雌二醇片,排卵后加服地屈孕酮片,两组均治疗6个月经周期。治疗后分别比较两组患者的6个月内妊娠率和妊娠者20周时的通过率及妊娠结局,对于未妊娠患者比较其子宫内膜厚度、月经量的改变及临床总有效率。结果中药组患者6个月内妊娠率为54.17%,明显高于对照组的30.77%,且保胎至孕20周通过率为92.31%明显高于对照组的58.33%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均较治疗前的月经量增多、子宫内膜增厚,且中药组月经量改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。中药组的总有效率为93.75%,优于对照组的74.31%(P<0.05)。结论补肾培元毓麟汤对于提高子宫内膜损伤的继发性不孕症患者的妊娠率有较好的疗效,并且可改善此类患者的月经量及子宫内膜厚度。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Bushen Peiyuan Yulin Decoction（ 补肾培元毓麟汤） in treating secondary infertility due to endometrial injury. Methods Divided 97 patients with secondary infertility due to endometrial injury into Chinese medicine group（ 51 cases） and control group（ 46 cases） according to patients＇ will. The Chinese medicine group was given self-made Bushen Peiyuan Yulin Decoction from the fifth day after menstruation,with drug withdrawn during menstruation; the control group took Estradiol Valerate Tablets orally from the fifth day after menstruation,and took Dydrogesterone Tablets in addition after ovulating. Both groups were treated for 6 menstrual cycles. After treatment,the researchers compared the pregnancy rates within 6 months and the20 th week pregnancy rate between the two groups. In the non-pregnancies,the researchers compared the endometrial thickness,the change of menstrual blood volume and the total clinical effective rate. Results The pregnancy rate in the Chinese medicine group within 6 months was 54. 17%,significantly higher than 30. 77% in the control group.And the pass rate of preventing miscarriages to 20 weeks was 92. 31%,significantly higher than 58. 33% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Menstrual blood volume increased and the endometrium thickened in the two groups after treatment than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant. The menstrual blood volume improvement degree in the Chinese medicine group was superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）.The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 93. 75%,better than 74. 31% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bushen Peiyuan Yulin Decoction has good effect on improving pregnancy rate of patients with secondary infertility due to endometrial damage,and could improve the menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness of those patients.
