摘要
当前,在中国快速城市化过程中,城市停车位"一位难求"和小汽车"无处安放"的矛盾日益突出。本文调研分析了目前城市停车位资源、停车现状及实际应用需求,研究了"互联网+"城市智慧停车模式,综合利用移动通信、GPS、GIS等技术,开发了城市智慧停车系统,汇聚城市中不同位置的停车场信息,实现停车位资源的实时更新、查询、预订、错时分享及停车位路线导航等服务。本文研究将高效地利用现有停车场和停车位资源,有效缓解停车供需矛盾,也将大大促进智慧交通、智慧城市的建设。
During the rapid urbanization process in China,there is an increasingly prominent contradiction between the lack of parking spaces and the increasing cars in a city. This paper made an investigation and analysis of the current situation and actual demand of the city parking. Based on mobile communication,GPS and GIS technology,and the "Internet plus"background,a smart city parking mode was designed,and a smart parking system for city cars was developed. In this system,the parking lot information from different locations was gathered together. It provided a real-time update,query,reservation and navigation services of city parking resources.This study will promote the efficient use of existing parking resources,get an optimization of the parking service,and effectively alleviate the contradiction between parking supply and demand to solve puzzle of city parking. Further,it will promote the construction of intelligent transportation and smart city.
