摘要
目的对蜘蛛香药材的指纹图谱进行研究,为有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法。方法以Phenomenex Gemini C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量为1.0 m L/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温25℃,测定蜘蛛香药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果建立的蜘蛛香药材HPLC指纹图谱有17个共有峰,并对6个共有峰进行了化学成分指认;18批蜘蛛香药材中有15批相似度大于0.89;主成分分析用3个主成分抽象代表17个成分进行评价。结论该方法简便、快速、可靠,可以有效地评价该药材的质量。
Objective To study the fingerprint of Valeriana jatamansi by HPLC,which can be used for the evaluation of its quality control.Methods The Phenomenex Gemini C(18)(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with a mobile phase of methyl acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the column temperature was 25 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Above all these would be used for determining the fingerprint.Results There were 17 common peaks were found in the fingerprint of V.jatamansi,within six peaks were identified.The similarity degrees of 15 batches of samples were more than 0.89.Three principal components were abstractly represented 17 components and evalusted.Conclusion The established method is simple,fast,reliable,and can be used for evaluating the quality of V.jatamansi.
