基于动态能力的中国本土互联网企业成长路径研究

Research on the Growth Path of Chinese Internet Companies Based on Dynamic Capabilities

中国互联网企业经历了从小到大和由弱变强的成长历程,探索其过程的演变并揭示从过程到结果之间的路径规律是重要的理论问题。本文从百度公司所保留的"大事记"中获取500条事件数据并形成事件数据库,采用事件路径分析的研究方法,提炼事件维度与建立分类标准,分阶段剖析事件路径的趋势与特征。研究发现,自主性探索事件主导了百度公司成长的全过程,在其成长期经历了"独立探索-独立认可-合作探索"的演化路径,其中"合作探索"支撑了企业度过环境震荡期,"当期认可"与"探索释放"在成熟期趋于平衡。这一研究结果揭示出动态能力的逻辑多样性与动态均衡的潜能释放,并初步建构起了中国互联网企业成长的理论逻辑。

Chinese Internet companies have experienced the process from small to large and from weak to strong.Investigating the evolution of process as well as the path and rule between the process and the ＂ result＂ is an important academic topic. This study acquires 500 events from the Chronicle of Events which in Baidu Inc. has recorded to build an event database. The event path analysis method is applied to summarize the dimension of events and establish the classification criteria so as to analyze the trend of event path and characteristics of each stage classified. This study finds that autonomous exploring events prevailed in the whole process of enterprise development： in the growing stage,the enterprise experienced the evolution path of＂independent exploration-independent recognition-cooperative exploration＂,and the ＂cooperative exploration＂supported the enterprise to live through the environmental storming period. In the mature period,the ＂current recognition＂and ＂exploration release＂tend to balance.
