新型城镇化对农村产业结构调整的影响研究

Study on the Influence of New Urbanization on Rural Industrial Structure Adjustment

基于技术外溢、要素集聚和农村剩余劳动力释放的理论机制模型,本文运用省级面板数据实证分析了我国新型城镇化对农村产业结构调整的影响。研究结果表明:新型城镇化对农村第一、二产业占比的影响路径是倒U型的,而其对农村第三产业占比和农村产业结构偏离的影响路径是U型的,且这些影响路径在不同经济区域呈现了一定的差异性。同时,随着新型城镇化的不断推进,农村三次产业结构的调整路径呈现了阶段性,且经济发展城镇化、居民生活城镇化、公共服务城镇化、基础设施城镇化、资源环境城镇化、城乡一体化对农村产业结构调整的影响各有不同。

Based on technology spillover,factor agglomeration and the release of rural surplus labor theoretical model,and using the provincial panel data,this paper is aim at analyzing the impact of new urbanization on the adjustment of rural industrial structure. Results show that the impact of the new urbanization on the first and secondary industries in rural areas is the inverted U-type,and its impact on the tertiary industry and rural industrial structure deviation is Utype,and the influence of these paths in different economic regions showed a certain difference. At the same time,with the advance of new urbanization,the rural industrial structure adjustment path shows different characteristics in different stage,and impact from economic development,rural residents＇ living,public services,infrastructure,resources and environment,and urban-rural integration is different with respect to rural industrial structure adjustment.
