顶空-气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中甲醇

Determination of methanol in the air of workplace by headspace gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立顶空-气相色谱技术测定工作场所空气中甲醇的检测方法。方法采用GH-1型溶剂解吸型硅胶管采样,顶空法进样,装有氢火焰离子化检测器FID的气相色谱检测,测定该方法的线性范围、平均值、标准偏差、相对标准偏差和回收率。结果该方法的甲醇质量浓度在140.0 mg/L以内呈线性,线性回归方程y=0.073589x-0.13717,该方法检出限为0.08 mg/L,线性范围为0.08~140 mg/L。其加标回收率为94.5%~105.2%,相对标准偏差为1.45%~5.89%。结论该方法灵敏、操作简便、可实现测定过程的简便化、且准确度高,可以满足工作场所空气中甲醇检测方法的要求。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of methanol in the air of workplace by headspace gas chromatography. Methods The linear range, average, standard deviation, relative standard deviation and recovery of the method were determined by GH sampling, headspace sampling and gas chromatography with hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results The methanol mass concentration of the method was linear in 140.0 mg/L, and the linear regression equation y = 0.073 589, the detection limit was 0.08 mg/L and the linear range was 0.08 ~ 140 mg/Ll. The recovery was94.5 % ~105.2 %, the relative standard deviation was 1.45 % ~ 5.89 %. Conclusions The method is sensitive, simple to operate, can realize the simplific of the determination process, and high accuracy, can meet the requirements of methanol detection in the air of workplace
