2014年南京市浦口区心脑血管事件发病、死亡监测调查分析报告

Investigation and analysis on the incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular events in Pukou district of Nanjing in 2014

目的了解南京市浦口区心脑血管事件的发生情况,为制定该地区心脑血管事件的防控策略提供依据。方法对2014年浦口区居民心脑血管事件发病情况进行统计,分析其流行病学特征。结果以冠心病和脑卒中为主的心脑血管事件总发病率为427.76/10万(冠心病发病率为38.01/10万,脑卒中发病率为389.75/10万);心脑血管事件报告总死亡率为121.04/10万(冠心病死亡率为32.82/10万,脑卒中死亡率为88.22/10万)。冠心病在不同性别人群中,男性发病率高于女性,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论开展心脑血管事件监测,及时分析心脑血管事件的发病情况及流行特征,可以为制定以心脑血管事件为代表的慢性非传染性疾病的防治对策提供相关依据。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of cardio-cerebrovascular events in Pukou district of Nanjing, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of cardio-cerebrovascular events in this area. Methods According to the data from the network direct report of Pukou district in 2014, we investigated the incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular events thus to analyze the epidemiological characteristics among permanent residents in this area.Results Coronary heart disease and stroke were the most common diseases of cardio-cerebrovascular among local residents. We found that the total morbidity was 427.76 per 100 000, in which the coronary heart disease showed 38.01 per 100 000, and stroke showed 389.75 per 100 000. In addition, the results showed that the incidence of coronary heart disease in male was higher than that in female, and there was a significant difference between them（P0.05）.The total mortality was 121.04 per 100 000, in which the coronary heart disease showed 32.82 per 100 000, and stroke showed 88.22 per 100 000. Conclusions We should strengthen monitoring of cardio-cerebrovascular events and analyse the incidence and epidemiological characteristics, so then provide the relevant basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases.
