摘要 目的 观察周细胞形态特点 ,并寻找其标记物。方法 应用双重免疫组织化学及免疫电镜方法 ,观察α -平滑肌肌动蛋白 (α -SMA)在周细胞内的表达情况。结果 免疫组织化学染色发现α -SMA在周细胞内表达 ,而在内皮细胞内不表达 ;免疫电镜可见α-SMA仅定位于周细胞。结论 免疫组织化学方法和免疫电镜方法是一种有效的实验手段 。 Objective To observe the morphological character of pericyte,meanwhile,to find the marker of pericyte. Methods Immunohistochemical method at electron microscopic levels and double-staining with immunohistochemical technology were use to detect the expression of α-SMA in pericyte. Results Pericyte express α-SMA, meanwhile, the color of pericyte darker then endothelial cell in immunohistochemical method at electron microscopic levels of α-SMA. Conclusion α-SMA can be as the marker of pericyte combinated its location.
