摘要
大学教学支持服务机构的建立,对传播先进教育理念、提升教育教学水平、引领教师专业发展、推动教育教学改革具有重要的意义和价值。文章首先阐释了美国大学教学支持服务机构的使命变迁,即从关注教育质量保障走向支持教育教学创新。随后,文章从教学支持、教学评价、教学督导和教学咨询等四个方面,详细阐释了美国大学教学支持服务机构服务内涵的时代转向。最后,文章借鉴美国大学教学支持服务机构的实践经验,从教师培训理念转变、评估与督导方式转变、信息技术支持等三个方面提出建议,以期为我国大学教师教学发展中心的发展提供参考。
The establishment of instituations for univetsity teaching support and service is of great significance to disseminate advanced education ideas, promote education teaching level, lead teachers' professional development and push the education teaching reform. Firstly, the mission change of institutions for teaching support and service in American universities was analyzed, which moved from focusing on education quality to supporting teaching innovation. Subsequently, the time change of instituations for teaching support and service in American universities was explained from the four aspects of teaching support, teaching evaluation, teaching supervision and teaching consultation.Finally, this paper learned the practical experience from the instituations for teaching support and service in American universities. Meanwhile, some suggestions were proposed from the three aspects: the transformation of teacher training concept, the transformation of the assessment and supervision mode, the support of information technology, expecting to provide reference for the development of teachers' teaching development center in our university.
