不同产地箭叶淫羊藿生长与种实形态性状变异研究

Study on morphological variation of growth and seed of Epimedium sagittatum of different provenances

以5个不同产地的箭叶淫羊藿为材料,探讨了不同产地箭叶淫羊藿的生长和种实形态等性状的遗传变异规律。结果表明:箭叶淫羊藿的株高、地径在不同产地间变异均较大,其中沅陵和城步产地的箭叶淫羊藿均为湖南的优良种质资源。箭叶淫羊藿株高、地径和叶面积相互间呈极显著或显著正相关,可以考虑以测定相对比较直观的株高作为间接指标来选择箭叶淫羊藿优良种质资源或优异产地。箭叶淫羊藿株高、叶面积、叶长、叶宽及种子长、宽、千粒重等性状受环境的影响均很大,都不能稳定地遗传,但株高、地径和叶宽均受到中等程度以上的遗传控制,都能够比较稳定地遗传给后代。

Using 5 provenances of Epimedium sagittatum as test materials, the genetic variation of the traits of morphology of the growth and seed was surveyed. The results were showed as followings ： There were significant difference of height and thickness of E. sagittatum among different provenances, and the provenances of Yuanling County and Chengbu County were the superior materials in Hunan Province. There were high or highly significant correlation among height, ground diameater and leaf area, and the height could be as the evaluation index for the superior germplasm resources. These traits such as height, leaf area, leaf length, leaf thickness and seed length, seed thickness, and lO00-grain weight were mainly affected by the environment, while the height, ground diameater and leaf thickness were in moderate to higher genetic controlled.
