厚朴林下重楼白粉病防治试验 被引量:3

摘要 为了筛选出高效低毒低残留量防治重楼白粉病的药剂,以种植于厚朴林下的2年生重楼为试验材料,选用40%腈菌唑可湿性粉剂、12.5%烯唑醇乳油、15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂、25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂、25%己唑醇悬浮剂共5种药剂,开展不同药剂防治重楼白粉病试验。结果表明:不同药剂防治重楼白粉病的效果有极显著差异。参试的5种药剂施药后7天的防治效果都在90%以上。施药后7天和20天,25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂1 000倍液和25%己唑醇悬浮剂800倍液的防治效果均极显著高于其他药剂;25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂1 000倍液的防治效果分别为96.45%、91.50%,25%己唑醇悬浮剂800倍液的防治效果分别为95.35%、90.30%。喷施5种药剂防治重楼白粉病后,重楼块根的农药残留量比国家标准食品的农药最大残留限量均低15倍以上,均符合国家要求,其中喷施25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂1 000倍液的重楼块根农药残留量相对最低。 In order to screen out the high efficiency and low toxicity and low residue of the pesticide to control powdery mildew of Paris polyphylla, based on the 2-year-old paris polyphylla under Magnolia offiminalis forest as experiment material, five kinds of pesticides ( including 40% myclohutanil WP, 12.5% diniconazole EC, 15% triazolone WP, 25% ethirimol SC, and 25% hexaconazole SC, etc. ) were chosen for the experiment on the control of several pesticides to the powdery mildew of P. polyphylla. The results showed that there were significant differences in the effect of different pesticides on powdery mildew. The control effect of the five kinds of pesticides was more than 90% after 7 days. The control effect of 25% ethirimol SC diluted with 1000 times water and 25% hexaeonazole SC diluted with 800 times water was significantly higher than other agents after 7 clays and 20 days. The control effect of 25% ethirimol SC diluted with 1 000 times water was 96. 45%, 91.50% after 7 days and 20 days. The control effect of 25% hexaconazole SC diluted with 800 times water was 93.35%, 90. 30% after 7 days and 20 days. The pesticide residue test results show that with the five kinds of pesticides to control powdery mildew of P. polyphylla, the root pesticide residues were 15 times lower than national food safety standard--maximum residue limits for pesticides in food. With the 25% ethirimol SC diluted with 1 000 times water to control powdery mildew of P. polyphylla, the root pesticide residues were the lowest.
