响应面法优化稻秸秆无醛人造板热压工艺研究 被引量:4

Optimization of hot pressing technology of formaldehyde-free rice straw panels by response surface methodology

摘要 以稻秸秆为原料,采用实验室自制大豆基无醛胶粘剂制备无醛型稻秸秆人造板材。运用响应面实验设计法,研究施胶量、热压压力、热压时间和热压温度对板材内结合强度的影响。结果表明:通过建立各因素与内结合强度之间的数学回归模型,确定最优热压工艺条件的施胶量、热压压力、热压温度和热压时间分别为14%、3 MPa、126℃、28 s/mm,模型的预测最优值为0.52 MPa。通过验证实验,平均内结合强度为0.51MPa,达到国家标准GB/T 21723-2008规定的指标要求,且与预测值相近,说明该模型合理可靠。 The rice straw was applied as the main raw materials to prepare formaldehyde-free panels with soy-based adhesives in this study. Effects of adhesive amount, hot-pressing pressure, time and temperature on internal bonding of panels were studied by using response surface methodology. The results showed that based on experimental mathematical model, the optimum hot-pressing conditions were obtained: adhesive amount was 14%, pressure was 3 MPa, temperature was 126℃, time was 28 s/mm respectively. The actual IB was 0. 51 MPa comparing with the predicted value of 0. 52 MPa that meets the requirements of Chinese National Standard ( GBT 21723-2008 ) , indicating experimental mathematical model accurate and reliable.
