介绍了PPP模式的基本概念、操作流程以及现实意义,并提出了对策与建议,以图传达推广PPP理念、推进林业PPP项目签约落地并健康发展,为建设生态强省助力。
The basic concept, operation process and practical significance of PPP （ Public-Private Partnership ） . Model were introduced, and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forwarded. It would promote PPP concept and forestry PPP project signing and development, for strong the construction of ecological province of Hunan.
